    Appalling customer service when trying to use collect plus returns. Please train all your staff in both the process and basic customer service skills so they are fit for the roll. Incredibly unprofessional encounter this morning with a disagreeable woman behind the counter who refused to let us explain what the returns service has said. Could learn a lot by spending less time talking AT customers and actually listening to what they have to say.

    On Thursday I booked an appointment for wheel alignment and two tyres for today (04/03/17), Saturday 3 pm. When I got there I was told that there were no tyres. The booking was irrelevant, they even refused to check the recorded telephone conversation and denied the credibility of their quote ref: given to me at the time of booking. I chose Formula one which is about ten miles from my home above many other reputable companies nearby. Extremely disappointed. Wasted my time and 20 mile round trip. Will never go there ever again.

    Mala the Director from optima was brilliant from start of my quartz order to the final delivery . Ordered a black glitzy top. Turned up as arranged to measure and delivered two days early after I nagged to fit!! Fitters were professional , clean and just cant fault.
